By accessing or using Itoju ("Itoju," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Itoju is operated by EqualyzAI.

Itoju is an AI-powered Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition (RMNCHN) chatbot designed to address Nigeria's maternal and child health crisis by providing accessible, culturally relevant, evidence-based health information via chat and voice.

Itoju is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Itoju independently. Users under 18 may use Itoju only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using Itoju
• Use Itoju only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or disrupt the service
• Not use Itoju to spread misinformation or harmful content
• Keep your account credentials confidential

Itoju provides general health information and AI-assisted guidance only. It does not constitute medical advice and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with Itoju are the exclusive property of EqualyzAI. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Itoju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to reliance on any health information provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Itoju at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the integrity of our service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Itoju after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
